Overview Enterprise Infrastructure Lead As organizations expands globally, having a secure, reliable, and scalable IT foundation is critical. We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Lead to design, manage, and safeguard our IT infrastructure across networks, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity. You’ll play a central role in driving innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and enabling seamless business continuity for our teams worldwide. Responsibilities Design and manage enterprise-wide LAN/WAN, Data Center, IP Telephony, and wireless backhaul systems. Lead security strategy across platforms (O365, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware), risk assessments, and incident response. Administer servers, storage, and user accounts, while optimizing performance, availability, and capacity. Oversee Azure and M365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune device management. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure operational resilience. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience across networks, virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), storage, databases, and O365. Strong skills in Cisco routing/switching, load balancers (F5/AVI), Cambium Networks, and broadband/microwave communications. 5+ years working with Azure, SDN/SD-WAN, VMware, Nutanix, and hyper-converged solutions. Familiarity with audit frameworks, risk mitigation, security operations, and IT process optimization.
