Role & Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver the Regional Learning agenda across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
  • Foster a positive learning culture, collaborating closely with HR colleagues and business leaders.
  • Represent the region in defining the group learning strategy, establishing a long-term learning agenda across the APAC region, including China.
  • Build robust relationships with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to identify learning needs at all organisational levels, including leadership development and coaching.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, with proven team leadership experience in an in-house environment.
  • Experience in a Talent Consulting capacity.
  • End-to-end learning experience from design to delivery, with expertise in both facilitation and digital learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with working in a matrix environment, collaborating across locations.
