What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management — Issue and follow up on purchase orders (POs); Liaise with suppliers for updated price lists, stock availability, and RMA claims; Manage costing changes, price protection, and payment coordination

  • Inventory & System Management — Create new item codes and update system records (EPB); Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and resolve warehouse/packaging issues; Support shops in resolving stock discrepancies and consignment adjustments; Handle yearly stock take and daily data uploads (SKU/Price/PLU)

  • Shipping & Documentation — Track shipping documents from suppliers; Provide necessary shipping records to the warehouse; Resolve discrepancies (short-shipment, damage, missing quantities) and file claims

  • Reporting & Promotions — Generate weekly/monthly sales and stock reports for vendors; Set up promotion rebates and assist in running promotions at retail and online stores

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields

  • Prior experience in procurement, inventory, or logistics is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail, with good problem-solving and follow-up skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with EPB is a plus)

  • A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
