Responsibilities Source and obtain quotations from shipping agencies prior to appointment. Review, compare, and negotiate agency rates to ensure competitiveness. Monitor tanker movements and coordinate closely with appointed agents. Arrange pilots for Singapore inward clearance, berthing, unberthing, and outward passage. Provide updates and monitor the vessel’s operational status. Prepare instructions for vessels regarding loading and discharging operations. Report tanker operation status to charterers in a timely manner. Follow up with customers on billing and payment matters. Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent with over 5 years of experience in chartering, ship operations, and post‑fixture management with shipowners, charterers, or shipbrokers.
