This role focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier IT infrastructure professionals, such as desktop support engineers, network engineers, and system administrators, with a strong emphasis on hiring local candidates. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for IT recruitment, a strong sense of urgency, and a consultative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs for infrastructure roles, including desktop support, network engineers, system administrators, and IT helpdesk professionals. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through platforms such as MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, JobStreet, and internal databases. Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates’ technical fit and soft skills. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring infrastructure roles. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates, market insights, and talent availability reports to stakeholders. Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a great candidate experience. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to infrastructure hiring (desktop support, networking, systems roles). Good understanding of Singapore’s local talent market and employment regulations Experience using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, Job Portals, and ATS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to deliver in a target-driven environment.
