Our client is a high-growth, globally expanding Data Centre company backed by leading investors in the region. With significant growth plans across key international markets, the business is now establishing its first Head of Finance position to build the financial foundation for continued expansion. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-scaling technology infrastructure organisation and play a pivotal role in shaping its financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence from the ground up. The Role The Head of Finance will be responsible for establishing and leading the company’s finance function across international operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for a senior finance professional who can operate strategically while being deeply involved in execution. You will build the core financial processes, systems, and controls that underpin growth, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide high‑quality commercial insights to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy – Partner closely with the International COO and executive team to define and execute the company’s financial strategy, establish robust financial governance, planning, and reporting frameworks, and provide financial insights and analytics to support strategic decision‑making and capital allocation. Financial Operations & Control – Design and implement financial processes, systems, and internal controls fit for a high‑growth global organisation, oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations effectively, and lead financial audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Commercial & Growth Enablement – Partner with business leaders to assess investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and new market expansion, develop scalable processes that can support the company’s rapid growth and international footprint, and build financial models to support fundraising, M&A, and investor reporting. Team Development – Build and scale a high‑performing finance team in line with business growth and mentor and develop future finance leaders within the organisation. Key Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA/ACCA qualification preferred. 10+ years of finance experience , including regional or global exposure. Proven track record of managing or supporting operations of USD 1B+ scale . Experience in high‑growth, fast‑scaling environments – ideally with both corporate and start‑up exposure. Strong technical accounting and financial management skills combined with commercial acumen. Hands‑on approach – comfortable “rolling up your sleeves” to set up foundational systems, processes, and teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous, given the investor and partnership base. #J-18808-Ljbffr
