Position Overview The Discretionary Transaction Services Team is responsible for coordination, oversight, and execution of investment decisions for our Discretionary clients. This includes coordinating and facilitating communication between Investment Directors and staff, external investment managers, bank custodians, attorneys, other relevant parties and clients. This role is based in Singapore and will be responsible for Asi. Specific Responsibilities Complete subscription and redemption documentation & track trade workflow across your client book. Coordinate asset transfers between clients, custodians, and investment managers, maintaining account records. Navigate AML/KYC requirements for subscription and redemption transactions. Monitor Client inboxes for actionable correspondence. Coordinate relevant communication between internal teams, investment managers and clients. Settle completed trades. Track share class information and monitor manager liquidity provisions on behalf of clients. Proactively support client objectives through communication with third‑party service providers. Review documentation and maintain correspondence. Utilize manager and custodian websites to monitor client transactions. Prepare ad hoc reports. Utilize internal CA resources to support client activities. Maintain awareness of current investment themes and client interests. Qualifications 3-5 years of related work experience required. Ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment and balance competing priorities. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Experience in a customer service environment. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Able to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Professional, focused, and disciplined approach to work responsibilities. Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Fluency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients. All candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship or restrictions.
