This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role, combining team leadership, strategy, and execution to drive card issuance, transaction volume, and user engagement in our offline channels. You will build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing field marketing team, turning offline strategies into measurable growth. What You’ll Do Build, mentor, and lead a top‑performing field marketing team across SEA markets. Set KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures to drive growth. Design and execute offline/field campaigns to drive card issuance and transactions. Partner with community, product, and digital marketing teams to optimize omni‑channel growth. Identify key partnerships (retail, universities, events) to expand user base. Track and report on key metrics (card issuance, transaction volume, user activation). Analyze campaign performance and iterate strategies for maximum ROI. Tailor campaigns to local markets: Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore. Coordinate across regions to ensure scalable and repeatable processes. What You Bring Proven experience in field marketing, offline sales, or growth leadership in fintech, credit card, or Web3 ecosystems. Track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams. Strong understanding of SEA markets and cultural nuances in offline user acquisition. Hands‑on, data‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for Web3, crypto, and financial innovation. Bonus: Experience in crypto wallets, exchanges, or digital asset products.
