Lead and manage end-to-end IT audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls across infrastructure, cybersecurity, data privacy, application systems, and emerging technologies.

Identify IT risks, control weaknesses, and areas of improvement, providing practical recommendations to management.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of audit findings.

Manage and coach a team of auditors, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to internal audit methodologies.

Support integrated audits with business audit teams to assess technology impact on business operations.

Stay current with emerging IT risks, trends, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, etc.).

Contribute to the annual audit plan and risk assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Minimum 6-8 years of IT audit, risk, or security experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  3. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks, system development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud computing, and IT governance.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Experience in data analytics and audit tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI) is a plus.
