Location: Holland Village (AfterSkool) Working Hours/Days: Sunday - Thursday (Weekday:10am - 7pm, Weekend: 9am - 6pm) Job Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive enrollment for the centre’s classes. Work with existing clients to identify growth opportunities and expand our footprint. Represent AfterSkool and promote our offerings at roadshows and other key enrolment drive events. Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, offering tailored solutions to customer needs. Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty; proactively manage student retention. Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure lesson operations run smoothly, enhancing students’ learning experiences and parents’ satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer details and interactions in our CRM and related spreadsheet systems. Support the Head of HR/Admin Department in ensuring the safety, security, orderliness and cleanliness of all our premises. Support other ad-hoc administrative duties required by the Centre. Job Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, sales, or education-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Suite. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
