BearyFun Gym is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a passion for children's gymnastics. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering top-notch customer service, and fostering a positive team environment.Business Management: 1) Plan and implement strategies to achieve business targets2) Analyze and review management indicators and costs, identifying areas for improvement3) Continuously monitor sales and customer service to optimize performance4) Ensure excellent customer service standards across the team5) Optimize resource allocation and minimize expensesGymnastics Curriculum (Preferably): 1) Experienced in coaching gymnastics for children (aged 18 months to 12 years)2) Confident in leading classes of 10-20 children at a time3) Understand and implement gymnastics curriculum tailored to different levels4) Mentor and guide trainee and junior coachesPeople Management: 1) Act as a role model for the team, setting high standards of performance and behavior2) Communicate effectively and proactively with the team3) Develop team members' skills and knowledge, ensuring growth and progression4) Identify employee potential and support their career development5) Manage personnel administration and scheduling efficiently6) Resolve conflicts fairly and promptly, fostering a positive work environment7) Ensure compliance with all company regulations and legal requirements8) Prioritize the health and safety of both staff and childrenWhat We're Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualities and skills:✔ Leadership - Ability to inspire, mobilize, and motivate a team.✔ Business Acumen - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.✔ Communication - Clear, persuasive, and effective in conveying ideas and expectations.✔ Problem-Solving - Quick to act, adaptable, and solution-oriented.✔ Customer Focus - Commitment to delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.✔ Organization & Planning - Skilled in managing multiple priorities efficiently.✔ Gymnastics Expertise (Preferred) - Experience coaching and understanding a structured curriculum.✔ Resilience - Ability to thrive under pressure and handle challenges with tenacity.Why Join BearyFun Gym?
