A Senior SEM Specialist is a digital marketing professional responsible for driving qualified traffic to a website and enhancing conversions through paid search advertising. Working under an SEM manager, you will execute and optimize SEM campaigns daily.Your key responsibilities will include developing, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve targeted reach and conversions. Conducting comprehensive keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush is essential to identify high-value keywords aligned with campaign objectives. Crafting persuasive ad copy, tracking key metrics like CTR and CPC, and optimizing bids and creatives are crucial for campaign success.Collaboration with SEO specialists is necessary to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy. Regular performance reporting, A/B testing, and staying updated on industry trends are integral parts of the role. Adherence to SEM best practices, policies, and legal requirements is essential, along with managing campaign budgets effectively.Qualifications/Skills:- Proficiency in SEM platforms and A/B testing- Experience in performance analysis and ROI optimization- Ability to manage SEM budgets and devise innovative strategies- Understanding of HTML/CSS and website analytics tools- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to market changesEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field- 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing- Demonstrable experience in leading SEM teams and SEO campaigns- Solid knowledge of SEO analytics tools and paid campaign optimizationThis is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
