Overview My client is a global organization with a strong footprint across Europe and America. They are now seeking a BI & Data Lead (SAP Implementation) to play a pivotal role in shaping their enterprise data architecture and delivery framework. About the Role As the BI & Data Lead , you’ll be a key contributor to a high-impact ERP transformation programme. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and project execution capabilities. You will work closely with enterprise architects, BI analysts, application/data owners, and third-party vendors to drive forward the data architecture, data modelling, and BI delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead global data design and modelling activities to support SAP and enterprise integration. Define and govern data flow, cataloguing, migration mapping, and integration documentation. Architect modern BI solutions and data platforms (cloud and on-premise). Oversee master and reference data management initiatives. Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable data environments using modern data pipelines and CI/CD principles. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align business needs with technical solutions. Manage third-party vendors to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Create and maintain technical documentation to support solution delivery and knowledge transfer. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering roles. Proven track record delivering data solutions within ERP transformation programmes (ideally SAP). Strong command of BI stacks, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS). Hands-on experience with MS Azure Data components (Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, etc.). Expertise in both OLTP and OLAP data modelling. Ability to manage data integration, migration, and governance across global systems. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills.
