At Everest Aircon , we're looking for a hands-on video creator who can help us capture what really happens behind every job - from installs to servicing, customer moments to funny everyday encounters.You'll be creating content that's real, engaging, and built for social media - the kind that makes people stop scrolling and say, "wah, this one solid."What You'll Do Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) featuring our aircon work, customer interactions, and educational or entertaining skits. ✂️ Editing & Optimization: Turn raw clips into clean, high-retention videos with captions, transitions, and hooks that fit our Everest Aircon style. Idea Generation: Pitch creative video ideas that highlight what we do - from "aircon scam awareness" clips to "before & after" cleaning showcases. Content Management: Help schedule and upload videos across platforms. Trends: Keep an eye on trending sounds, formats, and storytelling styles to keep our content fresh and viral-ready. What We're Looking For Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and humour. Can work independently and manage filming/editing from start to finish. Experience in filming on-site or creating short-form video content. Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera or directing simple shoots.
