Our team draws on industry experiences in accomplishing a portfolio of mission-critical applications, integrating Cloud, CRM, Data Analytics, and other leading technologies with our clients' existing IT frameworks.With leading presence in the region, headquartered in Singapore and operation in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines, no project is too complex for us, and our team is always ready for a new challenge.**Responsibilities:***Strategic Planning and Design:* • Design high-level cloud architecture solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements. • Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services and technologies to build robust and scalable solutions. • Develop integration strategies for cloud services with on-premises systems and other cloud environments.*Advanced Troubleshooting and Optimization:* • Analyze and optimize the performance of cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable operations. • Address complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and provide advance troubleshooting support.*Collaboration and Communication:* • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, ensuring cloud architecture meets business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation of cloud solutions. *Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:* • Document architectural designs, decisions, and configurations to provide clear reference for implementation and maintenance teams. • Share knowledge and expertise within the team and across the organization to promote continuous learning and improvement.*Continuous Learning and Innovation:* • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices. • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in cloud infrastructure and architecture.**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid understanding of cloud frameworks and services. Proficiency in implementing and configuring cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, and storage. Strong knowledge of Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis. Experience in configuring and managing MongoDB databases. Experience in configuring and managing Grafana. Familiarity with automation scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
