Job Duties And Responsibilities Create a pleasant membership application experience for guests. Interact with membership applicants, providing them with detailed information on the membership programme and answering all queries. Process membership applications and provide sales support. Provide administrative support and follow-up regarding membership matters. Assist in other customer service needs, including situations that may require problem-solving. Job Requirements Good communication skills. Meticulous and a fast learner. Experience in customer service will be advantageous. Able to travel to different work locations as required.
