Job Summary We are looking for a creative and resourceful Social Media & Marketing Executive to support the growth of our brand. Join us in developing and executing marketing strategies, carefully curated campaigns that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and strengthen brand identity across multiple channels Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the brand’s social media through creative content, posting, and engagement Ideate, plan, and execute engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.) Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals Coordinate with designers, photographers, and retail teams for cohesive visuals and messaging Manage website content, copywriting, and optimize e-commerce platforms Prepare marketing materials, digital content, in-store displays, and festive packaging communications Plan and support brand events, collaborations, and pop-ups Consistently communicate with retail teams to improve promotions and visual merchandising Support merchandising displays and in-store marketing initiatives Market research whenever needed All other ad-hoc tasks required Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Passionate about storytelling Creative and enjoys thinking out of the box High attention to detail and initiative in their work Independent, organized and able to manage multiple projects Photography and video editing skills Good understanding of social media management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
