Overview The R&D Software Lead (C++) will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions in the life science sector. Description Lead the design, development , and maintenance of software solutions using C++ . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software with other systems. Oversee code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing projects. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members. Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software solutions. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the software development process. Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts to maintain high system reliability. Profile A successful R&D Software Lead (C++) should have: Proficiency in C++ programming and software development. Strong leadership and project management skills. Experience in software design and architecture within a technical environment. Familiarity with life science applications or related fields is advantageous.
