About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-growing technology recruitment needs, with a strong focus on Application-related roles . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys volume hiring , understands the pace of the IT application space , and is eager to develop deeper expertise in technology recruitment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Application-related roles , from sourcing to offer stage. Drive volume recruitment campaigns to meet project and delivery demands across multiple application domains (e.g., ERP, CRM, Web, Mobile, or Cloud). Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process. Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support recruitment reporting and data tracking (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness). Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to attract tech talent. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in technology or IT consulting . Experience managing volume hiring in the application or software development space is highly preferred. Familiar with sourcing for roles such as Developers, Functional/Technical Consultants, QA/Testers, and Application Support. Good understanding of basic technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, SAP, CRM, Cloud). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Team player with a growth mindset and a passion for technology recruitment.
