Event Planning and Execution Assist in the end-to-end planning and coordination of exhibitions and related events Provide administrative support including the preparation of event briefs, coordination of logistics (e.g., delivery of exhibits, networking receptions, exhibitor passes, and staffing rosters) Ensure smooth execution of all event phases, including setup, on-site operations and teardown Content and Visual Development Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to source and develop engaging content and multimedia materials Support the creation of marketing assets such as electronic direct mailers (EDMs) and presentation decks Ensure all materials are aligned with CAAS branding and communications standards Vendor and Stakeholder Management Identify, liaise with, and manage external vendors including designers, contractors, content creators, suppliers, F&B caterers, photographers, entertainers, and others as needed Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high-quality and timely execution Post-Event Evaluation Support post-event reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness Assist in reporting key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event and exhibition planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and experience working across departments Comfortable working with both technical and creative teams Proven ability to manage projects effectively, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva is an advantage Salary: S$5,000.00 – S$6,000.00 Location: Changi Interested applicants please send your resume to We regret that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
