Head of Customer Experience & Insights

Job Purpose:
Lead customer experience strategy, insights, and service design to enhance satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead strategies to gather, analyse, and present customer feedback from multiple channels.
Use insights to recommend and implement improvements across customer journeys and services.
Develop and execute CX strategies, standards, and governance for consistent experiences.
Guide service design projects using human-centred design to enhance delivery.
Lead and mentor teams, manage budgets, and oversee vendor partnerships effectively.
Job Requirements:
Degree in business, service design, analytics, or related customer-focused disciplines.
Over 10 years' experience in customer experience, market research, or service transformation.
Proven leadership in developing and implementing CX strategies across organisations.
Proficiency in data analysis, survey tools, and visualisation platforms like Power BI.
Strong skills in process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful Head of Customer Experience & Insights must possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven expertise in customer insight-driven improvements.
