Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Chef in basic food/ingredient preparation including washing, peeling, cutting/slicing, chopping etc.• Wash , clean & make dry the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, chopping boards, kitchen equipment etc.• Pack takeout orders for customers• Clean and sanitising the food preparation areas.• Sweeping & mopping the floor and emptying rubbish bins.• Receive and store supplies & food ingredients in appropriate & hygienic ways.• Followed all food safety & hygiene guidelines and standards.• Other duties assigned as neededJob Requirements: • Preferably with 1 year's relevant experience in general kitchen operations, food safety & hygiene guidelines and practices, etc.• Minimum secondary school education and with a valid food safety course level 1 certificate• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays• Able to work independently and support other team members proactivelyin a fast-paced environment
