Responsibilities In this role, you will be leading efforts as the Senior Technical Program Manager. Airwallex TPMs are masters of getting things done, high quality execution, and passionate problem solvers. You will report to and work very closely with the Director of Growth and Revenue Systems. Your success will be defined by your ability to work closely across our engineering, commercial, design, product and data analytics teams to ensure the way we deliver work is focussed on great customer outcomes. You will also work closely with the Director of Growth and Revenue Systems and Director of Growth Engineering to design our target architecture and identify strategic vendors. You will also prove adept day to day at managing your time between multiple competing priorities and demonstrate experience delivering hyper growth across a complex portfolio of products. Examples projects include: Manage the overall roadmap for our CRM and Marketing Automation platforms Collaborating with the Data and AI team to programme manage delivery of our revamped Growth tech platform, in particular intent signals, data enrichment, and campaign audience data modelling Lead assessment, POC, and roll‑out of new tech and AI vendors, working closely with stakeholders in Data, Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing Manage the annual tooling budget process Who you are At least 7 years’ experience in similar or related technology roles (software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience) A track record of providing program management across all phases of software development from initiation to deployment Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment A responsive and collaborative team-player mentality Strong organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to deeply understand customer needs and navigate to successful solutions A bias towards outcomes and customer success, with relentless focus and creativity to achieve our objectives Knowledge of the payments domain / financial services will be advantageous Equal opportunity Airwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
