We are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal Architect to join our leadership team in Singapore. In this strategic role, you will shape the architectural direction of our studio, lead design strategy across major projects, and mentor emerging talent. You will champion innovation through the integration of cutting-edge digital tools and play a key role in driving design excellence across the practice.

• Strategic Design Leadership : Define and lead the architectural vision across all projects, ensuring alignment with company values, client goals, and design excellence.
• Design Quality Assurance : Review design outputs for clarity, coherence, and alignment with project goals and company standards.
• Submission to Regulatory Authorities : Check documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
• Innovation & Digital Integration : Drive the adoption of advanced digital design tools (e.g., BIM, parametric design) and foster innovation in design processes.
• Studio Development : Play a key role in shaping the firm’s culture, workflows, and design standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Represent the firm in high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Mentorship & Talent Development : Mentor senior and junior designers, cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Quality & Compliance Oversight : Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, technical standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architect’s Singapore.
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in architectural design, project leadership, and studio management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Deep expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with parametric and computational design tools (e.g., Rhino/Grasshopper, Dynamo) is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of regional building codes, regulatory frameworks, and submission processes.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage clients.
