Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. Oversee lease administration, renewals, and tenant improvements, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Implement and monitor property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce property operating costs. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction for senior management. Stay updated on market trends and propose strategies for property enhancements and marketing. REQUIREMENTS (but Not Limited To) Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or facility management, preferably in office properties. Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing processes, and facility operations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
