As a Partner Solution Sales professional, you will accelerate co-sell growth and drive strategic partnerships across ASEAN. You will develop and execute territory plans, engage with key partners to uncover joint opportunities, and deliver solutions aligned with customer priorities and Microsoft’s strategic goals. You will work with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Partner Technical Strategists (PTSs), and Partner Solution Architects (PSAs) to shape go-to-market strategies, support partner-led sales motions, and ensure seamless execution across solution areas. Success is measured by building trusted relationships, influencing partner engagement, and driving revenue growth through joint sales initiatives.

This role contributes to Microsoft’s mission of empowering people and organisations by unlocking the full potential of our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Solution Area Sales Plan: Create joint sales plans with prioritized partners to address customer needs, evaluate partners’ cloud solution area sales practices, and align with organizational units to meet sales objectives.
  • Partner Engagement: Accelerate cloud solution area sales with partners, drive pipeline and co-sell execution, establish a predictable rhythm of business, and collaborate with segment sales teams to improve co-sell performance.
  • Collaboration & Co-Sell: Lead co-selling with assigned partners, develop and execute co-sell strategies, accelerate deal execution, and share best practices across the market.
  • Sales Process & Management: Initiate solution area sales planning with partners, manage a predictable RoB, support top deals, guide play delivery, and utilize Microsoft resources to accelerate sales. Conduct business reviews with partners and ensure delivery against plans. Ensure compliance with Microsoft processes.
  • Other: Embody Microsoft culture and values.
Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
  • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 12+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
  • Master’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
  • Doctorate AND 5+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development
  • OR equivalent experience
