Introduction: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. (Full Set of Accounts)Invoicing and follow up on oustandingsPrepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.Assist with budget preparation and expense management activities.Perform reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable.Monitor and analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and resolve them.Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Assist in the preparation of financial reports for audits.Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.Requirements:Diploma(or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.Solid knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development.
