Client is a MNC Company. Team Lead, Finance (AP/AR Operations) Basic salary: up to $6000 Location: Central Good Bonuses + Other Good Benefits Monday - Friday (8am to 5.30pm) Good Career Opportunity for Progression Job Scope Act as functional the payment and receipt area, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. Provide subject matter expertise and functional guidance to colleagues and stakeholders. Ensure daily workflows are executed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Review and approve third-party transactions (receipts or payments). Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders, trading representatives, and external counterparties. Review exception and monitoring reports. Prepare and review management and regulatory reports for senior management. Support queries raised by Compliance, Auditors, and other control functions. Draft, update, maintain, and conduct annual reviews of SOPs; oversee rollout and implementation. Partner with other sections within Finance and other departments to resolve issues and strengthen end-to-end workflows. Drive continuous process and system improvements, including automation and digitalization initiatives. Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk policies, and audit/regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT and vendors to define business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with team members on issue resolution. Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or projects as may be directed. Role Requirements with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Must lead a team of 4 pax before.
