From strategic input through concept, detailed design and construction, you will help deliver projects of exceptional quality and performance.

• Serve as Project Director for major aviation system design projects, ensuring successful commercial and technical delivery.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and aviation industry needs.
• Lead the Aviation Digital team, fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring digital professionals.
• Identify and prioritize technology initiatives, staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to align digital roadmaps and foster strategic partnerships.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Over 20 years of experience in digital/IT leadership roles, preferably in aviation.
• Proven success in delivering complex digital/IT projects within airports or aviation environments.
• Strong knowledge of aviation technologies, systems, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Executive-level leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; relevant certifications are highly desirable.
