Job Duties Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to identify and target potential casket wholesalers and mortuaries within assigned territories. Generate lead through the digital marketing and AI solutions to outreach to the target audience. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers’ requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Negotiate and close sales orders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the customer and the company. Keep track of all sales activities, leads, and follow-ups within our CRM system for efficient sales trucking and reporting. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless delivery of customers’ orders and exceptional experience. Stay informed about funeral industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets, consistently delivering on revenue and growth objectives. Requirements Minimum Diploma in related field. proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably digital marketing and AI solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently. Proficiency in Zoho CRM and other digital marketing tools. Compensation Basic salary + Uncapped commissions + Performance Bonuses.
