Marketing Executive - 1 year contract (Global prestige beauty group) Direct message the job poster from Luxury Careers Pte Ltd About the role This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing, promotional, and digital strategies across APAC markets. The person will assist in planning and managing campaigns, events, and retail activations. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and successful campaign execution. Responsibilities Work with Marketing Manager in planning and executing 360 Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for Key Shopping Moments (KSM) campaigns. Manage project timelines and coordination across internal stakeholders, agencies, and retailers to ensure timely execution of all activations and deliverables. Support event activations and retailtainment initiatives (e.g., pop-ups, in-store events), including logistics coordination. Manage marketing operations such as collateral and signage production, TOA materials, and related deliverables. Localize and adapt global campaign assets and communication to ensure relevancy for APAC markets (copy, translations, visuals). Collaborate with Integrated Marketing team on online/digital activations – retailer site updates, e-commerce content, paid media/social media support. Support A&P budget management by tracking expenses and preparing purchase orders within approved budgets. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing function, preferably in the beauty / travel retail industry) Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complexity and coordinate information across multiple teams, resources, and feedback channels Adaptable and resourceful, with a quick learning ability and a problem-solving, results-oriented mindset. Organized and detail-oriented in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Highly fluent in written and conversational English.
