Key Responsibilities tiesCorporate Matters – Advise on and manage a broad spectrum of corporate projects, including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, financing and investment arrangements, corporate governance, and group-wide proces ses.Commercial Contr – Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts across the business, including master service agreements, sales agreements, framework agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing, merchant agreements, and goods/services arrangeme nts.Business Partne – Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders at all stages of the contracting lifecycle, from RFIs and RFPs through to ongoing management, renewals, and dispute resolut ion.Travel Experiences Sup – Provide specialist support to the Travel Experiences team, including negotiations with card networks, airport lounges, and direct custom ers.Advisory & Risk Manage – Provide pragmatic advice on a wide range of commercial and operational matters, including compliance, procurement, data protection, litigation, employment law, and internal polic ies.Knowledge Manage – Contribute to continuous improvement by developing precedent templates, practical guidance, and delivering internal training to the busin Required Qualifications ienceQualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE gained in a global in‑house role and/or in a leading law firm.Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex English law based corporate and commercial contracts independe ntly.Strong track record advising on corporate matters such as M&A, joint ventures, and financing arrangem ents.Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and provide clear, pragmatic ad vice.Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, including board‑level executives, on high‑value and strategic mat ters.Strong organisational, project management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstr eams.Collaborative, solutions‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environ ment.A proactive, resilient, and positive mindset, with a sense of humour and a team‑first app Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level Employment type : Full‑time Job function : Legal #J-18808-Ljbffr
