Description du poste Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Marketing & Commerciale, vous serez en charge de concevoir et déployer la stratégie marketing et communication du projet, avec une approche axée sur l'expérience client et la valorisation d'une marque premium. Vos principales responsabilités : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing & communication alignée au positionnement du projet. Concevoir et suivre les plans marketing annuels, gérer le budget et optimiser le retour sur investissement. Piloter la sélection et la coordination des partenaires (agences de branding, digital, relations presse) et développer des partenariats stratégiques. Renforcer l'expérience client à travers un parcours personnalisé, l'organisation d'événements exclusifs et la gestion de la signalétique. Déployer une stratégie digitale ciblée, optimiser l'utilisation du CRM et développer des supports marketing performants. Assurer un reporting détaillé et une veille concurrentielle sur le marché de l'immobilier haut de gamme. Profil recherché Formation Bac+4/5 en Marketing, Communication ou Commerce. Expérience confirmée (5 à 8 ans minimum) en marketing & communication, idéalement dans l'immobilier, le luxe, ou un environnement haut de gamme. Excellentes compétences en pilotage de projets marketing, digital et événementiel. Rigueur, créativité, sens du détail et forte orientation résultats. Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec différents partenaires internes et externes. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
