Role Background As a Brand Ambassador, you play a pivotal role in representing our store and delivering an exceptional customer journey. You'll engage with visitors in a warm and professional manner, offer in‑depth product insights, ensure the space is consistently well‑presented, and create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on every guest. Job Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests warmly, provide tailored recommendations, and ensure a smooth, memorable shopping journey from start to finish. Engage with guests through genuine, personalized interactions that foster trust, loyalty, and lasting impressions. Stay well‑informed on product features, brand launches, store policies, and promotions to confidently guide guests. Handle purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently while minimizing guest wait times through proactive service. Uphold a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment through regular walk‑throughs and attention to detail. Promote the Loyalty Program, assist with app usage, and cater to diverse guest preferences and cultural needs. Collaborate with teammates, share feedback, and support continuous improvement in service and operations. Participate in in‑store activities, gather guest feedback, and take on additional responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Job Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or guest engagement roles Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confident in using technology, including POS systems and mobile applications Skilled in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Dedicated to providing exceptional service and crafting unforgettable guest experiences Please Whatsapp to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
