The Junior Systems Architect is responsible for analyzing and understanding high-level requirements, solutioning, develop, simulation and integration. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation, ensuring that all components of a system work together seamlessly.

The Junior Systems Architect works closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement the strategy for our products.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analyze High-Level Requirements: Interpret and break down complex business or technical needs into actionable insights.

  • Design End-to-End Solutions: Brainstorm and create comprehensive system designs that align with organizational goals and technical constraints.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, developers, and other teams to ensure the solution is feasible, scalable, and meets expectations.

  • Create Architectural Documentation: Develop diagrams, workflows, and detailed documentation to guide implementation and ensure clarity.

  • Ensure System Integration: Verify that the solution integrates seamlessly with existing systems and adheres to industry best practices.

  • Evaluate Technology Options: Assess and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to achieve the desired outcomes efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

  • About 2 to 5 years of experience in system architecture/design or similar field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical issues.

  • Excellent oral, written communication and liaison skills.

  • Good knowledge of UML and other modelling methods.

  • Basic/intermediate knowledge on security best practices.

  • Experience on AWS Cloud Technologies.

  • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.

  • Experience on Software Architecture such as Micro-Services, N-Tier Architecture.

  • Experience using team collaboration tools such as JIRA will be an added advantage.

  • Relevant certifications in System Architecture and Design will be beneficial.

  • Knowledge on Figma design is a plus.
