Contract Senior / Executive, Lease Management at Tanjong Pagar, up to $4,000 Support leasing administrative activities and ensure complete lease documentation Prepare and track various lease documentation such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters Coordinate with the Tenancy Relationship Management team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork Duration: 2 Years Contract Location: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm Compensation: Up to $4,000 Requirements Diploma in relevant field of studies. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel). Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers. Sound understanding of the real estate industry. Relevant experience in Simplicity application will be an advantage.
