You will be joining a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist, situated in the Greater Kolkata Area with the flexibility of working partly from home. Your main responsibilities will revolve around managing and expanding the sales pipeline, formulating marketing strategies, conducting sales team training, ensuring top-notch customer service, and supervising sales management activities. Your daily tasks will involve prospecting potential clients, nurturing existing client relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and analyzing sales data to enhance performance.To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, backed by a proven track record in Sales and Sales Management. Your ability to deliver effective training to sales teams, coupled with excellent analytical skills for interpreting sales data, will be crucial. Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns is expected, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in the Greater Kolkata Area market would be advantageous, and the capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting is essential.,
