Job Description Role and Responsibilities Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities. Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database. Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area. To identify potential customers in the market and to probe for opportunities for market share increment. Other Assignments: Plan, organise and control of department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc. Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilization to meet the sales target. Analyse and review customer’s feedback on project works and laboratory services. Handling of customer complaints and feedback to customer to ensure proper resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery. Study and understand the market competitor’s activities and laboratory testing trends. Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurable sales target. Perform other job related duties as may be assigned by the top management. Qualifications Quantitative Personal Key Performance Index: Plan, develop and achieves sales value of SGD 20,000 every month.
