  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort during treatments.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of massage tools, linens, and work areas.
  • Understand and follow company policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Recommend appropriate services or products based on client needs.
  • Support colleagues and assist in daily operations of the spa/wellness center.
  • Basic knowledge of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, relaxation, reflexology, or traditional massage).
  • Prior experience in massage, spa, or wellness industry preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Must be willing to continuously learn and upgrade skills.
