We're currently seeking a Community Associate—a role perfect for gaming enthusiasts passionate about building, nurturing, and engaging with vibrant player communities across the globe. Responsibilities: Cultivate and grow our player communities across Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Steam, and other relevant platforms, fostering a sense of belonging and positive engagement. Manage and moderate community channels to ensure meaningful interaction and a respectful, inclusive environment. Drive growth across social media platforms—expanding followers, boosting engagement, and converting visibility into wishlists and long-term community traction. Craft creative, relevant community-focused content and announcements that resonate with our players, highlight game features, and encourage player participation. Act as the primary bridge between players and internal teams—gathering feedback, surfacing insights, and championing community sentiment within the company. Organize and host online community events (e.g., game launch celebrations, tournaments, streams, Q&As) and collaborate with influencers or content creators to boost engagement. Stay up to date on community trends, memes, and conversations in the gaming sphere, identifying opportunities for authentic brand interaction. Respond proactively to player questions and issues, facilitating healthy discussion and escalating when necessary. Monitor community sentiment, track engagement metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to refine strategies for growth and retention. Qualifications: Recent graduates (Mass Communications, Marketing, or related fields) or candidates with one to two years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply. Deep passion for video games—especially indie games—and robust knowledge of game communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Creative mindset, with talent for fostering engaging discussion and crafting compelling content. Outgoing, approachable personality, comfortable networking and building rapport with both new and veteran players. Familiar with major social and community platforms (especially Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Steam, etc.) and best community management practices. Strong sense of empathy, patience, and ability to navigate online conflicts constructively. A proactive attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and iterate. Bonus Abilities: Experience in hands-on community management or moderating online groups. Experience in growing social media accounts from scratch.
