As we continue to expand our footprint worldwide, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join us in making a positive impact on the music industry.At Believe, we are currently seeking a change management professional to become a part of our Finance department, focusing on training design and delivery. As a member of the change management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring end-user readiness for new tools and processes within our Finance organization.Your primary task will involve revamping the training strategy for our accounting system, Sage X3. In this role, you will contribute to the training strategy, create content, and conduct training sessions for our finance teams.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop training materials such as user guides, quick reference cards, e-learning modules, and video tutorials to support Sage X3 users- Conduct live and virtual training sessions for Finance users- Assist in training needs analysis in collaboration with project leads and stakeholders- Gather feedback from training sessions and track adoption progress, addressing any challenges or resistance that may arise**Support for Broader Change Initiatives:**- Contribute to communication deliverables like newsletters, community updates, and onboarding materials- Assist in change readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement activities- Provide end-user support post go-live through FAQs and support channels**Requirements:**- 2 to 4 years of experience in change management, L&D, or transformation projects- Familiarity with Finance tools or ERP systems, preferably Sage X3- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and digital content creation tools- Experience in designing and delivering engaging training content- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levelsInterested candidates can submit their resumes to hidden_email or contact us at +91 hidden_mobile .**Qualifications:**- Masters degree with a focus on Change Management, Communications, or Finance- Professional certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) would be a strong advantage**Benefits @Believe:**- Flexibility in work hours- Office perks including games and event passes- Wellbeing support by EUTELMED- Transparency in secondary activities- Sustainability initiatives for a better futureBelieve in making a difference and join us in shaping the future of the music industry*Disclaimer: This job description is subject to change as per the company's requirements.*,
