Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Branding & Public Relations Executive to support ShopeePay’s brand reputation and communication strategies in Singapore and the regional market. This role involves creating compelling communication assets, collaborating with regional teams, and managing media relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualise and develop communication assets such as press releases, media pitches, Q&As, and social media posts.
  2. Collaborate with local and regional PR teams to craft narratives and review communication materials.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with media and KOLs to enhance ShopeePay’s presence and credibility.
  4. Work with external branding agencies to monitor regional brand health, analyze data, and propose insights.
  5. Lead the execution and management of ShopeePay Singapore’s communication initiatives and content.
  6. Assist the marketing team with branding and PR initiatives, including brand guideline creation and management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in PR or communications, either in-house or at an agency.
  3. Experience in financial institutions or fintech is a plus.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Strong project management skills, highly organized, with attention to detail.
  6. Adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
