You will play a crucial role in developing our operational efficiency and capacity as we scale towards becoming a main contractor.Your Contribution & Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Support in overseeing all aspects of construction sites, from site preparations through build-out to final handover. Conduct regular site checks, meticulously monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and assisting in identifying and resolving potential site issues. Support Project Managers in attending key meetings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all project activities are conducted efficiently. Assist in coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, engineers, suppliers, and other key project members to ensure smooth operations and timely information flow. Help ensure all project activities comply with relevant building regulations, safety standards, and internal quality requirements.Apply your technical understanding of building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices to assist in site operations and problem-solving. Support Project Managers in tracking operational costs and monitoring project budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Assist in managing project operations, ensuring schedules are maintained and specifications are accurately followed.Help monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and performance expectations. Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and progress reports.What We're Looking For We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual with a strong desire to advance in construction project management. A Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering is essential. More than 5 years of working experience in the construction industry, ideally with some exposure to site supervision or project coordination. An understanding of operational costs and the ability to assist in budget tracking. A commitment to supporting project delivery, ensuring requirements and regulations are met. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in managing various project operations. Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive approach to identifying issues and contributing to solutions. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with all project stakeholders.
