We are partnered with a global leader in medical industry in search for a HR Director to support the Organisational Development & Change Management. Responsibility : We are looking for a visionary and experienced HR Director to spearhead our Change Management, Organizational Development (OD), Merger & Acquisition (M&A), and Leadership Development efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that support transformation, enhance organizational agility, and build future‑ready leadership capabilities. As a key member of the HR leadership team, the incumbent will work closely with senior management to shape culture, facilitate large‑scale change initiatives, and drive employee engagement and performance through targeted OD programs. The Talent : Minimum 8 years of demonstrated leadership in driving organizational transformation, talent initiatives, and post‑merger integration efforts across multi‑cultural settings. Strong ability to work across cultures and geographies, partnering with senior leaders to navigate complex change in a diverse, multinational context. Recognized degree in a relevant field such as Business, Psychology, or Human Resources, with a strong foundation in people strategy and development. Proven success in designing and rolling out programs that improve team effectiveness, leadership capability, and long‑term organizational health. Open to regional and international travel (approx. 20%), including occasional flexibility for travel outside standard business hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
