BU Head Global Engineering Services Capability Center

• You will be joining a Global Engineering Solutions company that specializes in providing a wide range of engineering services across various disciplines such as Civil & Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Process, Rotating, Static, and Thermal Engineering. As a key member of the team, your role will involve driving efficiency, optimizing processes, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance to deliver high-quality services to both internal and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the global strategy for the Engineering Shared Services Center to align with corporate goals and ensure scalability for future growth. You will lead the Business Unit, taking full accountability for cost, time, and quality management, including cost control, forecasting, contract claims, and overseeing a multidisciplinary project team.Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating the allocation and distribution of design projects from various sources to the appropriate teams or Business Units. Leading a multi-functional team, you will ensure efficient and effective service delivery across different engineering disciplines while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through the use of technology, data analytics, and best practices.Establishing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report the performance of the Shared Services Center will be crucial, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with global and local teams to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met, providing regular updates to international stakeholders.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing Engineering Capability Centre workshare projects within a global setting, emphasizing international collaboration and resource management. Your ability to leverage a strong professional network and experience in business development will be essential, particularly within a related industry or work area. Demonstrated expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing distributed or remote teams will be a significant advantage.The annual compensation offered for this position is highly competitive and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
