Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Planning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive financial advice and tailored wealth management solutions to our diverse client base. Your expertise will encompass a range of products and services, including insurance, structured deposits, loans, and unit trusts. Responsibilities Deliver expert financial advice to clients by evaluating their financial situations and recommending customized wealth management solutions. The recommendations will include insurance products, structured deposits, loans, and unit trusts, all aimed at helping clients achieve their financial objectives. Actively contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across the bank or within your branch. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute campaigns that effectively promote financial products and services, driving client engagement and growth. Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ongoing financial guidance. Regularly review and adjust financial plans to ensure they align with clients' evolving needs and goals. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Leverage client referrals and networking to drive business growth and maximize performance-based commission opportunities. Qualifications Bachelors degree from a recognised university or a diploma from a local polytechnic. Deep interest in financial planning or wealth management. Non experienced hire is welcome Enjoy interacting with people, are a good communicator and able to conduct yourself professionally. Willing to work on a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Candidates with more years of relevant financial advisory experiences will be considered for Senior Wealth Planning Manager or Deputy Team Head job position.
