Summary The level at which a professional operates with advanced knowledge in their field. Job Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, bank, and month-end closing activities for one legal entity. Participate in month-end closing, account, and schedule preparation. Analyze Trail Balance data, compare with forecasts, detect irregularities, and propose corrections. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations, including clearing accounts. Handle month-end accruals and prepayment amortizations. Verify parked and manual invoices for validity and authorization before journalizing. Prepare monthly AP payments, coordinate with shared services, and process staff claims and payments. Manage AP invoice coding (non-PO) and reconcile supplier statements. Address customer billing queries and follow up on overdue accounts. Monitor bank cash balances across currencies and facilitate fund transfers as needed. Process manual bank payments for urgent invoices. Update weekly cash flow forecasts and reports. Create sales orders and issue AR invoices. Prepare quarterly GST submissions, maintain GST documentation, and liaise with auditors. Calculate quarterly income tax and accrue accordingly. Manage monthly FCCS actuals, forecasts, and quarterly tax packs. Coordinate statutory, ISA, PCAOB audits, and ensure compliance with deadlines. Participate in projects related to IPO readiness initiated by headquarters. Implement internal controls and ensure SOX compliance. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Education: Degree in Accountancy Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience Skills and Abilities: Preferably ACCA or CA Singapore, SAP knowledge, strong audit and accounting expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in written and verbal English.
