GaiGai, founded in 2015, is one of Singapore's largest and fastest-growing offline dating agencies, under the Paktor Group. We connect thousands of singles through a blend of modern technology, personalised matchmaking, and curated social events. Our mission is to empower meaningful connections for singles from diverse backgrounds, with a presence beyond Singapore under different local brands including Paktor Premium in Taiwan, HeyDouble in Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification and Sales Strategy: Proactively qualify new clients via referrals and database leads; develop a strategic sales plan to grow your client base and maximise conversion rates.
  • Consultative Sales and Client Profiling: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients to understand relationship goals and preferences; present tailored matchmaking packages and consultancy services.
  • Client Relationship Management and After-Sales Service: Nurture ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention; coordinate with Offline Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up support.
  • Sales Quota and Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas; maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and regular reports on performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in business-to-client (B2C) sales experience, preferably in consultative or service-based industries; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing abilities.
  • Result-oriented, resourceful with keen business acumen to identify opportunities; strategic mindset to plan sales processes, segment leads, and close high-value clients.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection; strong team player with ability to foster trust and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Competitive base salary with attractive commission/bonus structure tied to individual performance; one-time sign-on bonus of $500.
