Reporting to the ASEAN Centre of People Operations, you will be the functional lead for the ASEAN Recruitment Team that focuses on attracting high-quality talent efficiently and innovatively, driven by data to ensure a seamless application and onboarding process that fuels our growth and success. In this role, you will also work closely with the ASEAN Centre of Excellence to roll out global and regional practices in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Operations: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle across a variety of technical and corporate roles, including talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management, onboarding and exit proceedings. This includes permanent and contract hires as well as interns.
- Team Leadership: Assume the Team Lead role for the Singapore-based recruiting team to ensure the efficient and effective execution of recruiting deliverables.
- Talent Pipeline: Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to build our talent pool.
- Analytics & Data Governance: Be responsible for the Singapore recruitment analytics, reporting, and data governance.
- Employer Branding: Represent TÜV SÜD as our Brand Ambassador and drive local campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, industry projects, student talks or visits. Execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies, projects and work plans in accordance with global, regional or local plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proven track record in high-speed, high-volume recruitment, internship coordination and event coordination. Prior team lead experience is an advantage.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, hands-on, resourceful with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and represent the company.
- Mature personality comfortable with ambiguities and a dynamic pace.
