We’re an early-stage AI startup building intelligent research agents for retail and institutional investors. Our product helps users go beyond search and summarization to generate insights through AI agents over financial data. We’re backed by deep technical and domain expertise, and now looking for our first business-side hire to lead and execute growth. What You’ll Do As our Founding Growth Marketer, you’ll: • Own the entire customer acquisition funnel — from awareness to signups to conversion. • Design and execute growth experiments across channels: paid ads, content, SEO, email, social, community. • Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Reddit, X, etc.) • Develop and run A/B tests on landing pages, email sequences, and onboarding flows. • Track and report on key metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, and MRR. • Help shape our brand voice and product narrative in collaboration with the founder. • Engage with early users to gather feedback, drive retention, and uncover product insights. • Lay the foundation for scalable, repeatable growth playbooks — from B2C to B2B. You Might Be a Fit If You (Preferred) • Have 1–2+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally at a B2C SaaS or fintech/AI startup. • Have run paid and organic growth campaigns from zero to meaningful traction. • Are T-shaped: you go deep in one area (e.g., paid media, SEO, or content), but can work across the stack. • Have a bias for experimentation and iteration — you ship and learn fast. • Thrive in zero-to-one environments with ambiguity, urgency, and high upside. • Bonus: Passion for investing, finance, or AI/tech products. Engagement Terms • Contract-based (part-time/full-time) for 3 months (with option to extend) • Performance-based extension or conversion to founding team role with equity We’re also open to recent graduates or students looking for internships who are eager to learn by doing.
